This privacy policy applies to data processing conducted by the CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “controller”, “we” or “us”). It explains the nature, scope and purposes of the collection, processing and use of so-called personal data that is linked to the use or our website www.cm-p.de (“website”). Personal data means any information that can be directly or indirectly related to a natural person, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, user behavior.

[When opening our website, the browser you are using will automatically send information to the server of our website and save them temporarily in so-called log-files. We do not have any influence on this procedure. In the course of this procedure, the following data is collected and stored, without any action on your part, until the time of automatic deletion:

The gathered data does not enable us to draw any conclusions to your identity and we have no intention of drawing such conclusions. The following constitute our “legitimate interest” in the gathering of the data named above:

• The safeguarding of a smooth connection set-up,
• The safeguarding of a comfortable use of our website,
• The analysis of the system’s security and stability and
• Further administrative purposes.

We do not transfer any of your data that is collected during the informational use of our website to third parties.

Given the prerequisites under Art. 21 sec. 1 GDPR, you have the right to object to the data processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

This right to object is applicable to all purposes of data processing described in this privacy statement that are conducted in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR. We are only obliged to implement your objection if you inform us of your reasons for objecting; these reasons must be of overriding importance (e.g. danger to life or health).
